Scope of Consulting Services
The healthcare industry is ever evolving and has posed financial challenges for all leaders in hospitals, especially rural facilities. Bomi has 34 years of experience working for several hospitals in progressive capacities starting as a Staff Accountant in 1985 and now as a semi-retired CFO of rural Critical Access Hospitals in Washington and Texas for the past 24 years. He has first-hand experience of the difficulties and challenges faced by the very esteemed Managers and Directors of all different Clinical and Support departments as they navigate, and are held responsible, for their respective department budgets and actual performance, all of which they are expected to tie that in with the overall strategic goals of their hospital.
Bomi stands ready to bring his experience and expertise to educate and help these fantastic leaders (who excel in their respective fields) meet the financial challenges they are faced with.
On a different but related note, Bomi can also bring his experience to help financial leaders (such as Accountants, Controllers etc.) grow into CFO roles as he emphasizes the importance of seeing the big, strategic picture to help their organization grow in a deliberate and financially sustainable manner so that these worthy institutions can continue serving their communities with the highest quality of healthcare possible, into the future.
Bomi is only available for remote engagements. To further his mission to support rural facilities in the best and most economical manner, he has kept his fee structure as simple and as affordable as possible for the hospitals, depending on the size and complexity of the project(s) he is engaged for.
